Terms and Conditions

Order Processing.

After the order has been paid, our warehouse needs 1-7 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped. During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible. Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

International Shipping.

Shipping & Handling cost is US $40 for destinations in Europe and US $49 for North America, Australia and the Far East plus additional cost based on the number of items in your order, dimensions and weight of the package that will be determined on checkout.

We offer international shipping with tracking number and estimated delivery in about 15-21 days from the date of shipping. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the expected time frames, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If packages are returned to us due to insufficient address or an erroneous address, customers shall be responsible for paying our standard shipping rates to send out the package a second time.

Notes:
  • All of the above delivery times are estimated only. Delivery time will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your country’s postal service
  • During holidays and peak sales, the orders process may take longer.
  • Once shipped, an order’s tracking information is beyond our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We cannot not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Import Duties.

Orders shipped to US are not expected to incur any import costs if the items ordered do not exceed US $800. If you plan to order items worth US $800 or more please consult with us first so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Orders shipped to Europe and other countries may be subject to your country’s customs fees, taxes and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these charges during the checkout process.

Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. From the time that package was paid and shipped it belongs to you and refusing it will not change that status. If you decide to refuse it the carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid, thus the package will be abandoned in customs and if this happens it will be your loss.

Notes:
  • Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.

Order Cancellation.

We can accept an order cancellation only before the parcel is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the parcel is already shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges.

RETURNS

We handle all returns with the intent to ensure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 14 days of receiving the item for store credit (less shipping charges) or exchange for new merchandise. We do not offer refunds.

Please email info@eastwoodleather.com to obtain return/exchange authorization and include your:

1. Order number
2. Item(s) to be returned
3. Returning for store credit or exchange for an item

Additional Information:

Returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with receipt and tags attached.

You should return the item to us within 14 days after the delivery date.  Unauthorized returns made without our prior knowledge and permission will not be processed. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of returned packages.

Returned items must be unused unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. In case the returned jacket is regarded by us as worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way the return will not be accepted and the rejected return item will remain in our custody but in property and responsibility of the customer.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship using an economy method with tracking except couriers such us DHL, Fedex, UPS because they charge very high fees customs clearance. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the correct return address and the processing of your return will not be successful. You can only return to the address we provide. Return shipping address will be provided on return authorization. Returns will be processed within five business days from the date we receive your returned item(s), and the amount originally tendered will be issued in store credit. Store credit is maintained on our end. You can email us at info@eastwoodleather.com to obtain the amount of store credit you have, as well as to make an order using your store credit.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”;

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless otherwise noted via email. Please email info@eastwoodleather.com with the item and size you wish to exchange for, and we will coordinate the exchange for you.

 

Colors.

The color of the items may vary slightly from that shown on our website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. Slight variation in colors will not constitute claim for color inaccuracy.

Confidentiality.

All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely and only processed via Paypal. Customer payment details do not reach us. Other customer details are held confidential and are not passed to any third parties.

Terms.

The Incoterms(R) 2010 rules Carriage Paid To (CPT) as issued by the International Chamber of Commerce are incorporated in this contract of sale and shall apply as governing rules.

By purchasing our products you declare that you understand, accept and fully agree with the above terms.
