Which size should I buy?

We recommend that you take a look at our size charts. Each product has its own. Please note that our clothing is made based on the vintage originals so it fits trim. If in doubt please size up. Please remember that the garment’s chest circumference has to be about 8 to 10 cm larger than the wearer’s chest.


What payment methods do you support?

We support major credit cards and PayPal. When you pay via a credit card the transaction is handled by PayPal so your credit card details never reach us.


What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 2-7 working days of confirmation of your order.


How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us immediately at info@eastwoodleather.com. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you. If it has shipped already we are very sorry but the order cannot be canceled.


Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.


Do I have to pay customs/import charges?

No charges are payable on orders delivered to addresses within the US.

If your delivery address is in Europe then your country’s VAT rate and import duties will apply. We will not use couriers such us DHL, Fedex, UPS because they usually have high fees that may exceed the value of the product you are buying. Instead we will ship by Standard Shipping with tracking number (Yun Express, S.F Express, CHINA Post): 15-21 days ensuring the minimum possible costs on delivery.

Orders sent to other countries may be taxed at standard rates.


My order still says it is “In Transit” for a number of days.

Orders will remain in “In Transit” status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained “In Transit” for 10+ days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your parcel.


Can I return an item?

You can return unwanted items within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with original labels, and in the same condition when you received them. You can start a return by contacting us at info@eastwoodleather.com informing us that you are returning an item and asking for the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


When will I receive my refund?

Once the request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation (please check your spam folder if not received). We will process your return within 5-15 business days after the parcel arrives in our premises.
